Our pricing philosophy: transparency.

Our pricing is customized so you never pay for things you don't need.

We create custom quotes and custom packages to meet your needs as a business, your budget, and your goals.

But we also know that the number one question you’re probably hoping to have answered is “but how much will this REALLY cost me?”

So here’s some examples of how we’ve priced our work for some previous clients.

Real pricing, real clients.

  • Our client had been handling their own digital marketing, website, and online sales since launch. They were being challenged with very high ad costs and unexpected indented search results. To meet their budget, we did an SEO audit, got their ad tracking and setup sorted out, and will do a once-a-quarter quick check in.

By creating a yearly contract, we were able to spread the cost out while still getting their immediate needs met.

  • After an initial audit for a public agency whose social media accounts had several opportunities, we created a monthly contract that included:
    - Social strategy, including researching and providing recommendations on relevant policies and procedures.
    - Content creation for several platforms, including image, video, and text content.
    - Providing weekly training for internal team members on outgoing social media content, incoming social media engagement, and outgoing social media engagement.
    - Providing sub-1 business day turnaround on most requests and full-week coverage.
    - Building databases and automations to help reduce manual effort and time investment.
    - Monitoring and forwarding of mentions on social.
    - Placing and management of social media ads.
    - Occasionally attending live events to create live posts.
    - Weekly and monthly reporting on selected quantitative and qualitative success measures.

  • A client with several brands was having a moment of “I’m not even sure what I need, but I need help!” Our team was able to provide a set number of hours on an ongoing basis to help with whatever they needed. That includes:
    - Setting up several marketing efforts that had been back-burnered for months.
    - Carrying out a brand audit to identify next best steps.
    - Developing a paid ads strategy for later implementation.
    - Developing a social media strategy.

  • A very well-known brand in a personal development space was losing their in-house social media manager. TinyTall team members stepped in to provide daily support for their team. That included:
    - Acting as a near in-house team member, staying up to date on their communication and collaboration tools on a daily basis.
    - Collaborating with in-house design, brand, and content teams to ensure that all created content was on-brand and meeting current goals.
    - Develop, post, and manage between 8 and 20 individual pieces of content for 6 different social media platforms per week.
    - Providing weekly and monthly reporting.
    - Acting as backup for social media engagement when internal team members are unavailable.
    - Providing strategic recommendations on marketing efforts.
    - Other marketing team support as needed.

*All prices are in addition to actual paid media costs, which we do not mark up.

Factors that impact pricing

Number of platforms or outlets

Each platform or outlet that we’ll be managing for you could potentially add complexity, depending on the level of customization.

Content type(s)

Text, video, images, or graphics all need to be treated differently to be successful, wherever you’re going to be using them.

Incoming engagement

If our team will be handling reviews, comments, questions, messages, and other incoming engagement online, the amount and complexity of that engagement will impact the pricing.

Outgoing engagement

Outgoing engagement is one of the best ways to grow social media accounts. The amount of time you’d like us to spend on this outgoing engagement will impact potential pricing.

Reporting complexity & frequency

Reporting is important in knowing what’s successful and how it’s successful. We can set up an auto-updating report that you check when you’d like. We can also provide analysis, strategy, and weekly conversations to review your reports.

Availability of collateral

If you have an extensive library of videos, photos, blogs, writing, and content to work off of, the amount of time it will take to understand your brand voice and style will be reduced.

Data management

If your data has all been normalized, organized into a database (or three), and easily accessed, the amount of time it will take to set up tech stacks and automation may be reduced.

Turnaround & response time

Emergencies happen, and we are always ready to help. And if you need as-fast-as-possible responses on Slack or email on a daily basis, we will include that team availability in your quote.
